Flat Roof Repair & Insulation Upgrade

The Problem
This customer in Canterbury contacted us with a leaking flat roof that was causing damp issues in the ceiling below. The old felt system had failed due to age and weathering, leading to water ingress and poor thermal efficiency.
The Solution
We completely stripped the roof back to the structural timber to inspect for rot. We then installed high-performance warm roof insulation boards to improve the home's energy efficiency. Finally, we laid a multi-layer high-performance felt system, fully bonded with hot bitumen for a watertight, long-lasting finish.
